The Meyrick Park golf course first opened in 1894 and is set in 120 acres of undulating scenic parkland. Its demanding test of golf and rich heritage draws golfers from all over Europe.
The course features verdant, tree lined fairways. The opening hole is a 244 yard par 3, and was once voted the most difficult opening hole in the country... from this, where the drive is over a valley to a small green cut into a hill, to the highly acclaimed par 5, 14th hole, golfers are confronted with numerous and memorable challenges across the course making it superbly enjoyable but stern test for any golfer's skill.
